Free WiFi and streaming-enable smart TVs are equipped for entertainment or remote working. The home boasts more than 2000 sq ft of luxurious living space. All bedrooms enjoy en suite bathroom access. The entire upper floor includes beautiful ocean views along with a private terrace, whereas the lower-level bedrooms have direct access to the pool and garden. All rooms are equipped with retractable glass doors which create an open-air feeling and showcase fantastic water or pool views. The villa offers a perfect blend of modern elegance and tropical charm. Additional perks include a private washer/dryer. Ceiling fans and mounted air-conditioners are also installed throughout the home. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A set of approx. 30 stairs is required to access this home. Due to safety concerns, roof access is strictly prohibited. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
