Craft your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances and then gather for mealtimes in the dining area where you’ll also find a convenient wine fridge. After relaxing days on the beach or exciting adventures on the barrier island, come home to celebrate your day with a cocktail out on your wraparound balcony and then sink into the sofa in your living area and stream your favorite channels into the evening. Additional features and amenities include a shared picnic area, gas grills, dock, outdoor Ping-Pong table, putting green, and shuffleboard. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests must register with HOA office on arrival and pay a registration fee based on length of stay. Documentation for Service Animals must be submitted to the HOA directly upon arrival. One of the king beds can be converted into two twins. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 14. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
