Welcome home to this stylish and relaxing C-Ville cottage, just steps away from all the best that Charlottesville has to offer! Designed to bring you peace and serenity, we invite you to explore the city and then come home to relax and rejuvenate in this cozy two bedroom home with all the amenities.
Just a 20-minute walk from the downtown mall or UVA, a 15-minute walk to UVA Medical Center, and 5-10 minutes from restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, parks, and groceries!
This home is the full main floor of the house, consisting of a front porch, living room, kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a full bathroom with bathtub and shower.
There is a separate efficiency apartment located under the main house that may be rented separately. This unit has a separate entrance. The laundry room and backyard are potentially shared spaces with the downstairs unit.
Guests will have access to the entire private main floor and front porch, and access to the laundry room and backyard area.
