A Piece of Heaven is a beautiful cabin located in the award-winning Preserve Resort in Wears Valley. It includes breathtaking mountain views as well as a suite of amenities including a full kitchen, Smart TVs, fireplace, game room w/pool table, foosball and arcade games, a hot tub, and more!
Guests also have access to amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, catch/release fishing pond, and outdoor picnic area.

Nestled in a peaceful resort community in beautiful Wears Valley, this cabin keeps you close to the excitement of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park while giving you a private retreat to unwind.
Step into the spacious living area where a warm stone fireplace, plush leather sofas, and a Roku TV invite you to kick back after a day of adventure. The open floor plan connects seamlessly to the fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them inside or out at the BBQ grill. For your convenience, there’s also a washer and dryer and free high-speed Wi-Fi.
The lower level is designed for nonstop fun! You’ll find a game room with a pool table, foosball, arcade games, bunk beds, and even a PlayStation—perfect for kids and adults alike.
Head upstairs to the oversized loft, which features a king bed, sleeper futon, and a cozy Crows Nest perfect for kids. This space is also equipped with entertainment options so everyone has a spot to relax or play.
Step outside and soak in the incredible mountain views from the bubbling hot tub. Fire up the grill for a cookout, sip your morning coffee while the sun rises over the Smokies, or relax with a glass of local wine as the evening settles in.

* Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Peaceful bedroom with King-sized bed, closet & smart TV. This bedroom also has an attached full bathroom.
* Bedroom #2 (Loft): King-sized bed located in the loft area. There is also a full sleeper futon located in this space. The loft includes a full bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub.
* Additional Sleeping options:
** Queen-over Queen Bunk Beds in the game room on the lower level
** Full-sized sleeper futon in the game room on the lower level.
** Two full-sized mattresses in "Crows Nest."

Clean modern kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances; full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making breakfast, lunch or dinner throughout your stay! Includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc.
The dining table seats six with plenty of space for your meals. It offers a great space for meals together, playing games or functioning as a remote workspace.

Plenty of parking for 2-3 vehicles. Small-midsize RV or trailer could also be accommodated. The driveway is paved.

Guests can access the entire cabin with the exception of the owner’s closet.
We are available anytime you need us or if you have any questions or concerns. We can be reached via OTA messenger.
* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* Bear-proof trash cans outside must be closed and locked at all times. There is a $250 fine from the HOA for trash removal that will be passed onto the guests for neglecting the trash.
** If you have two groups, or a group larger than 10, please let us know. We have several other cabins available in the resort that may be available.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.
* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
