All entry details will be shared before check-in to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
Check-in is simple and convenient. We offer a self-check-in option using a secure lockbox or smart access system. All detailed instructions, including entry codes and directions, will be shared with you on the day of arrival. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM/Flexible. If you have any special requests or arrival time updates, feel free to contact us in advance — we’re happy to assist.
After completing your reservation, you’ll be asked to fill out an online form and sign a short rental agreement as part of the check-in process.
The apartment is located in Radiant Boulevard part of the prestigious Shams Abu Dhabi community on Al Reem Island. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Abu Dhabi Culture & Tourism Department to register you as a guest.
