The unit offers ocean views from the balcony and living area. Being an end unit there are additional side windows in the kitchen and living area that overlook the beautiful adjoining bushland. This spacious two-bedroom unit comfortably sleeps five guests and offers serenity and privacy for families, couples and nature-lovers alike. The Fathoms property has resort style facilities with a tennis court and adjoining BBQ area, swimming pool and a large lawn area available for guests to use. Fathoms 5 Accommodation: Under new ownership since November 2024, now with Wi-Fi and updated facilities and appliances in response to previous review comments. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooktop and microwave. Other appliances include: air fryer, toaster, kettle, Breville Sandwich Press, Coffee pod machine (Expressi Pods) and milk frother. Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, built-in robe and ceiling fan Bedroom 2 – 2 x single beds + 1x single trundle, built-in robe and ceiling fan Bathroom: - Shower and Bathtub with a separate toilet. Internal laundry - washing machine and dryer.
