1. Is there a place to store luggage?
Luggage can be stored from 14:00 on the day of check-in. Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage after check-out. We recommend using the coin lockers available at the station. If you plan to drop off luggage before check-in, please send us a message in advance.
2. Can the room be cleaned during my stay?
We do not provide cleaning services during your stay.
3. Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Early check-in may be possible depending on the booking schedule. Please contact us in advance to inquire.
4. How do I access the room?
For security reasons, detailed access instructions will be provided after the pre-check-in process is complete, on the day of your stay.

1. This is not a party room. In the event of noise complaints from neighbors, you may be charged a penalty fee.
2. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the apartment.
3. Additional cleaning fee may be charged for any additional cleaning fee due to unsorted garbage or room stains.
4. It can accommodate 12 people, but we recommend 5 to 8 adults.

6. We will provide sufficient amount of consumables such as tissues and toilet paper. If you digest them during your long stay, please prepare them by yourself.
