There are cameras on the outside perimeter of the home (no filming inside or on guest accessed areas). Guest will be able to access all areas in the home, including backyard and the private pool. Private residence inside a the Ocean Park gated community. The pedestrian access to the streets are locked after 6PM and the only access is through the beach or the security guard. Uber and private tour buses can pick guests right in front of the home. The property is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the jogging and tennis park on the Ultimo Trolley park. The home is monitored by a security company 24/7. There are cameras on the outside perimeter of the home (no filming inside or on guest accessed areas). PLEASE NOTE: You will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification by third party, TRUVI. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit ($500 with a processing fee of $15) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver ($35). We suggest you buy the damage waiver, as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
