Guests have access to two 4-seater golf carts, ideal for navigating Punta Mita’s gated community and reaching nearby beach clubs and amenities. For exploring beyond Punta Mita, taxis and private drivers are readily available. The nearby town of Punta de Mita and surrounding areas, such as Sayulita and San Pancho, are easily accessible by car.
A $1,500 security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:
1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.
2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.
Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.
