A $1,500 security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival. Guests can enjoy access to: Golf Course, Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Surf Beach Club, Bahia Beach Club, Tennis, Pickleball, and Gym, all situated within Punta Mita for an additional fee. Among the amenities of the property, guests have access to: 1 individual Malibu kayak 1 Malibu XL kayak for two people 2 electric bicycles Cancellation Policy: 1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.
