Exploring Punta Mita is both easy and enjoyable, since we have a 6 seater golf cart included, and also the community features scenic biking and walking trails, immersing you in the area’s natural beauty at every turn. A short drive connects you to the region’s best surf spots, beach clubs, and dining options, ensuring you make the most of your stay without hassle.
A refundable security deposit of one night will be charged at check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Contact your Rental Specialist.
