Gulf Place Caribbean 405 Stepping through the double French doors, you’ll find Gulf views from the balcony of this cheery Caribbean corner condo. Inside, the home features smart furnishings, beautiful floors, and a full kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the utensils you’ll need to cook an extraordinary meal for your guests. Head down to the water for an afternoon playing in the surf then spray off the sand with the outdoor shower before kicking back with a good book and an iced tea out on the balcony. Things to Know Internal stairs will not be accessible (please use external stairs). The daily timeframe of construction for the stairs will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays). Guests must travel by car to reach this condo. A sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. Outlet covers are available to protect younger guests. This is a non-smoking property. No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis.
