This 2-bedroom end-unit villa in Palmetto Dune’s Turnberry Village has been thoughtfully renovated to include shiplap cathedral ceilings, new kitchen with quartzite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and more. Enjoy Lowcountry life out on the oversized deck overlooking the lagoon and Fazio golf course.
Upon entry to this stunning villa you will see the semi-open floor plan giving you a view of the whole living space. This corner unit has many windows to let the natural light in and allow you to enjoy the expansive views of the golf course. The glass top dining table has seating for four. The dining area flows into the elegantly styled and fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for three. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and houses the washer and dryer.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the welcoming and warm living room with a sectional sofa, ottoman, and flat screen TV. On the other side of the living room is a seating area with two comfortable chairs that lead to the sliding glass door. On the deck you can enjoy the view of the lagoon and the George Fazio Golf Course. The patio table has seating for four. There are also two rocking chairs with end tables and a propane grill.
The first bedroom is accessible from the kitchen. It has a queen sized bed, a twin over twin bunk bed, and a flat screen TV, perfect for keeping the family all together. The bathroom on this level has two access points, one from the bedroom, the other from the hall. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double sink vanity.
The second level has a loft space with a loveseat and a big comfy chair. In this room you can enjoy a good book by the cozy electric fireplace. The second bedroom is located on this level. It has a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and a sitting chair. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom or the loft space. It too has a walk-in shower and a double sink vanity.
