This two bedroom, two bath retreat accommodates up to 4 guests. Very spacious bedrooms with separate baths on opposite ends of the house provide plenty of privacy. Each bedroom offers a view of the pool and is a sanctuary of comfort, with plush bedding, stylish decor, and ample storage space. Both bathrooms have dual sinks, oversized showers and modern design with a spa-like feeling. There is a 3rd sleeping space with a twin size bed and the master suite has a daybed if extra space is needed.
While the interior of the home is gorgeous, the real showstopper is the outdoor living space. A ficus hedge surround and gorgeous mature landscape make this a totally private botanical oasis you won’t want to leave. The large and luxurious salt water pool has a shallow tanning shelf and extra large spa with a waterfall. This pool yard is a haven for relaxation and entertainment, complete with a barbecue grill and fire pit for those amazing Palm Springs evenings.

Please Note: The vintage metal floor in the open living space is a unique architectural feature of this property, and is complimented by large area rugs. This floor will darken the soles of bare feet and socks when in contact with natural oils and acids in your skin. This natural oxidation is harmless and washes away easily; use flip flops or slippers if desired
POOL HEAT: Elevate your stay with the option to heat the pool, available upon request at time of booking or prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at USD75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at USD50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night. HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there’s no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a USD89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a USD199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional USD500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.
