Welcome to La Quinta’s newest neighborhood within the PGA Signature community. Step into this gorgeous 2-story, 3BD/2.5BA vacation home and you’ll feel even cozier than you are at your own place. New construction means everything is brand new, but the love and attention that has been put into the decor and various spaces add the elements of a comfortable home.
Downstairs find the bright & open area that defines the living room, dining room, and chef-inspired kitchen. The primary bedroom & ensuite bathroom are situated in a downstairs corner while the other 2 bedrooms share the space upstairs. Speaking of upstairs, you will find a secondary living room if the need for separation of any kind exists. Plenty of space to spread out and lounge; you will not feel cramped in the slightest.
Out the back door (technically the formal front door) you will see both a seating and dining area along with a natural gas BBQ grill. This area is enclosed and has a pedestrian gate that allows easy access to make your way to the community pool & hot tub; which by the way is directly across the street and a short 2-minute walk from the home.

-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
