Nestled in a prestigious golf community, this retreat features a spacious and thoughtfully designed interior, providing a serene escape with modern amenities.
Indulge in the comforts of a primary suite with an en-suite bathroom, and enjoy the convenience of an additional bathroom for guests. The open-concept living and dining area is tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Step onto the private patio to savor breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Whether you’re relaxing by the community pool or exploring nearby attractions, this Desert Princess condo promises an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cathedral City.
Desert Princess has an affordable 27-hole PGA Championship golf course, tennis and pickle ball courts, bocce ball, spa, and a restaurant. Guests can use all of these facilities for a fee.
This is a very quiet, golf neighborhood and one of the few in the City that allow and encourage short-term rentals. We hope to continue welcoming our guests that adhere to the rules of the community. There is no smoking of any kind inside the condo or on the patio. No cigarettes, no vaping and no cannabis. Sorry to be the bearer of that news, but we just want to keep this community as an active short-term rental space.
Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a USD500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.
Additional Policies and Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-8am. No use of outdoor amenities/activities.
-Vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
-Maximum of 1 car allowed to be parked on property.
-Even though you can see it in your booking details, there is a 13% City tax.
-No smoking inside home or on patio. Must be completely away from condo.
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly (USD500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
