Two weekly Sea Pines gate passes are included in the rental. These will be mailed one month before arrival. Additional passes must be requested and purchased in advance.
The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older.
The private pool can be heated for an additional fee. We recommend heating the pool between October and May. A minimum three-day notice is required for heating requests, and the pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay if requested.
This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of two pets is allowed, and they must be disclosed in advance. The pet fee must be paid prior to arrival.
A pack-n-play is included for added convenience.
