The second level also includes a full-over-full bunk room and a hidden kids’ nook that adds a touch of fun for little ones. Downstairs, a game room brings the fun with shuffleboard, arcade games, and more. With 1.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, spacious dining area, and laundry essentials, Peaks and Pines is designed for easy, comfortable stays.
Guests have full access to the entire home, deck, yard, and hot tub. Parking is available on the gravel driveway. Check-in is contactless with a smart lock code provided before arrival.

🌿 Please Note:
Elni Lake offers peaceful, scenic views and is a great spot to relax and unwind. However, it’s a small, shallow lake and not ideal for swimming or water sports—especially in late summer when lily pads naturally cover much of the water near the property. There is no dock or direct lake access from the property.

RENTAL AGREEMENT, DAMAGE WAIVER/HOLD, ID VERIFICATION AND CHECK-IN STEPS
We’re so excited for your trip! PLEASE NOTE: Our listing description and house rules mention that you will be required to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions to the home. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Important: When cancelling your reservation, the credit card processing fees of 3.9% + 30c will not be refunded.
If booking with a credit card that doesn’t match the guest name, you’ll be required to provide a written authorization, photo of the ID, selfie, and card showing the last 4 digits of the credit card holder, or reservation will be cancelled.
