The balcony has retractable glass so it can be opened up and enjoyed all year round, the first floor elevation of this home guarantees you have the best views for as far as the eye can see. The two reclining chairs give you a comfortable spot where you can sit back and take in the sights in front of you as you soak up the sun. There is one car parking space at the rear of the apartment block. On street parking in this lovely residential area is free, please note the parking arrangements are on a first come first serve basis. The bedroom The two double bedrooms each give a feeling of calm. The circular glass topped Breakfast bar is all set and ready to seat guests for a spot of breakfast, lunch or dinner.
