The open plan lounge and kitchen make space to entertain and spend time enjoying cosy afternoons on the comfy large L shaped sofa reconnecting with your loved ones. The contemporary living area leads onto an enclosed balcony with the most spectacular sea views. The balcony has retractable glass so it can be opened up and enjoyed all year round, the first floor elevation of this home guarantees you have the best views for as far as the eye can see. The two reclining chairs give you a comfortable spot where you can sit back and take in the sights in front of you as you soak up the sun. There is one car parking space at the rear of the apartment block. On street parking in this lovely residential area is free, please note the parking arrangements are on a first come first serve basis.
The bedroom
The two double bedrooms each give a feeling of calm. The bright and spacious rooms are bathed with natural light, as the day draws to a close the plush premium bed linen shall ensure you can turn in for the night and be guaranteed a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom has an ensuite comprising of a walk-in rainfall shower, toilet and hand basin.
The kitchen
Anything that you could want from a high end modern kitchen shall be delivered here. The striking concrete effect cabinets pair beautifully with the white cabinetry which neatly houses the fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and enough dinnerware and cutlery for you to make some great meals as you admire the view through the kitchen window. The circular glass topped Breakfast bar is all set and ready to seat guests for a spot of breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The bathroom
