The complex features direct beach access via a private boardwalk, making it easy to start your mornings with sandy toes and salt air. Guests will love the array of amenities on-site, including two sparkling swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, sprawling lawns, charcoal grills, picnic areas, and a fish cleaning station. During summer and holiday weekends, on-site security and community events add to the welcoming atmosphere. Each condo provides the comforts of home, complete with a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials, and comfortable bedrooms and baths for restful nights. Some condos include private balconies or ocean views, giving you a perfect perch to soak in the beauty of the Gulf Coast. Golf carts are the preferred mode of transport for exploring the island. Guests can conveniently rent through Coastal Eds (advance booking recommended to ensure availability). Right off 11th Street, Island Retreat places you in the golf cart zone and within minutes of Port Aransas’ best dining, nightlife, and boutique shopping, not to mention the fishing, boating, and outdoor adventures this Gulf town is known for. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This HOA/Condo strictly prohibits pets of any kind, including Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). Service Animals, as defined by law, are permitted. If you plan to bring a Service Animal, please notify us in advance so we can inform the HOA. Important Note: If it is determined that the animal is not a certified Service Animal, eviction may occur. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. - Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. - Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island. - Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks. - Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit. - Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking. - Washers and dryers (coin laundry) are in the complex and available for guest use. Select spaces also have in-home laundry. - Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult. Per HOA rules, any group without someone 25 years or older present is subject to eviction. - Please note: During periods when city water restrictions are in place, rinse stations may not be available for guest use. Parking Details: - Parking passes are required. 2 parking passes are provided per condo. - There is no assigned parking, so you can park anywhere within the complex. - Boat parking is allowed in designated areas. - Golf cart parking is allowed in the designated area (you must purchase a separate pass). This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. Licence number: 248280
