There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house. 2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill. 3. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it. 4. We DO NOT provide propane refills. We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You’ll be provided an access code to the main entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by phone, text, or email, during the duration of your stay. This home is conveniently located just a short drive from Virginia Tech in Christiansburg and Radford University, making it an ideal location for families visiting students or attending university events. Virginia Tech is approximately a 15-minute drive, and Radford University is approximately a 25-minute drive. All area’s of the home and property are open for guests use. This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath house features an open living space with conveniently sized bedrooms for up to 6 guests. The home offers a cozy feel while having a lot of room and open space. The kitchen and dining area looks out to the back yard and porch with rolling hills and mountain views, which can be accessed through the main living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, sink and island for preparing food. The kitchen is filled with plenty of cookware, plates and items to make your stay comfortable: Keurig, Toaster( which is also an air fryer) and Large Refrigerator. There are three bedrooms located on the upper-level. A queen sized bed is in each room. Laundry room is located on the upper-level and features washer and dryer and is equipped with detergent and cleaning supplies. It has a propane gas grill. Propane may be there, but it is not provided. If tanks are empty, guests are responsible for refilling. The home offers a large driveway with more than enough room for parking. (4+ cars) Approximately 1.5 miles from Interstate 81, which runs along the southern edge of Christiansburg. This proximity provides convenient access to major highways, facilitating travel to nearby areas.
