Two serene bedrooms with patio access and two full baths provide ideal privacy. Cook in a chef’s kitchen, stay productive with a scenic workspace, and relax with on-site laundry, outdoor seating, and stunning landscapes at your doorstep.
- The house is located on a quiet street, please be courteous of the neighbors and keep noise levels low.
- Parties are not allowed, and will not be tolerated. Guests who violate quiet hours (9pm-8am) will be notified once, and then asked to leave on the second violation.
- No smoking in property
There is a ring camera located at the front porch of home
-This home is the perfect location for a floating in the river weekend, there are floats located in the large barn on
the property, you are welcome to use them, please just put back when you are done!
-There is a fishing pole in the smaller red shed available for guest use.
-There is both a Keurig and a coffee maker there for guest use.
- Trash can is at the side door where grill is located
-Propane (for grill use):
1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2. If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4. We DO NOT provide propane refills.

We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You’ll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.
