Property Manager offers you this magnificent 148 square meters chalet, located just a 4-minute drive from the Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc Ski Area and can accommodate up to 6 people. You’ll have a beautiful GARDEN and a magnificent BALCONY with a lovely VIEW over the entire MONT BLANC range to relax in on beautiful alpine days.

The accommodation is beautiful, spacious, and has 3 bedrooms each with a double bed.
It can accommodate up to 6 people. It is fully equipped and will be perfect for a ski trip! You will appreciate the ski room which will allow you to store your ski gear before entering the house. You will have a nice well equipped kitchen, two shower room, a bathroom, a large outside terrace and a furnished living room with access to the balcony offering a nice view of Saint Gervais-Mont-Blanc. The chalet is equipped with a double garage.
With friends or family, this chalet will be the scene of good memories together by the fire!
You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay, namely: Coffee machines, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Dryer, Refrigerator, Television, Dishwasher.
You will be close to all the shops, pedestrian streets and various ski rental services! The cable car of Saint Gervais-Les-Bains is 2 minutes away on foot and the ski resort of Saint Gervais Mont-Blanc is 13 minutes away by car.
