This charming 3-star house in the cozy Provencal village of La Garde-Freinet in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, is located between the A8 motorway, the Plaine des Maures nature reserve and the coast of Grimaud, Sainte-Maxime, Saint -Tropez, Croix Valmer and Cavalaire sur Mer.
Shops, restaurants and bars, art galleries and the bi-weekly local market are all within walking distance of the house. This typically Provençal village is 20 minutes from the beaches and known for its hiking trails, its chestnut trees, its cycle routes and its panoramic views and close to lively and trendy Saint-Tropez.

Four bedrooms, the master bedroom with a 160cm double bed, another bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a single bedroom all on the same floor. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail, washer and dryer and steamer. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Another living room with balcony, at the entrance level, has a 140 cm double bed.
