With a surface area of 43 m², it features one bedroom with ample storage space and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
Perfectly located, it is an excellent base from which to fully enjoy Chamonix and its many alpine activities.

Self check-in is available, including late arrivals, with easy access to a private parking space. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residence with an elevator.
It features a bedroom with a double bed (futon, floor mattress) and two sofa beds, as well as a living room with a second sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after your activities.
You will also find a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals after a day of skiing or hiking.
The balcony offers an open view of Mont Blanc. You will also have access to the residence’s garden and a private parking space.
For your comfort, the accommodation is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, fan, barbecue, refrigerator, and much more.
The TV works via internet (mobile hotspot required). Please note that the property does not have Wi-Fi.
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee.
