One of the apartment’s strengths is its practicality:
- underground parking with direct access to the elevator and adapted PMR;
- the bathroom is equipped with an electric radiator/towel heater independent of heating. It can be programmed.
- the terrace is equipped with a movable clothes dryer;
- Armored entrance door to the apartment: it is equipped with a secure lock. Make sure you push the key down before turning it to open.
- Mediterranean style buildings.
Attention to the lock of sliding doors overlooking the terrace!
If it is positioned "locked" and you close the door while on the terrace, it is locked: impossible to open it from the terrace.
