Property Manager offers this beautiful self-contained duplex apartment full of charm belongs to an artist, located in a property of approximately 100m² with a charming planted courtyard,
in the heart of the 19th arrondissement, close to the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, the largest garden in the city of Paris. Sleeping up to six people, the accommodation is ideal for a family or group of friends.

- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (140X190 and 160X200), each with its own bathroom;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen
- a work area ;
- an enclosed courtyard ;
- and a lounge area with a sofa (convertible and comfortable 160X200) for relaxing after a day’s outing.
The house is located in a quiet pedestrian street in a peaceful part of Paris.
It is spacious, bright and comfortable.
Entirely renovated, the owner has preserved the charm and authenticity of this 1920 building.
You’ll have everything you need for an excellent stay: coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, barbecue.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
