The flat’s location is ideal for discovering the wonders of Chamonix. Just a 15-minute walk will take you to the famous Aiguille du Midi cable car, which takes you to the summit for breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc massif. On the way back, why not stop off at the Aiguille du Plan for a 3-hour hike to the Montenvers station and the Mer de Glace?
If you’re a keen walker, head off in the direction of Lac Blanc and Lacs Chéserys. From the residence, a pleasant 10-minute drive takes you to Les Praz de Chamonix, where you can take the Flégère cable car up to the magnificent panorama of Mont Blanc.
For a more sporting day out, the Pierre à Bérard refuge awaits you after a 2? hour walk through enchanting scenery. Just a 20-minute drive from the village of Le Buet, this hike is perfect for nature lovers.
Shops and restaurants are close by, so you won’t have to go far to enjoy the local cuisine. A 10-minute walk (800 m) will take you to the Super U for all your shopping needs, while the Chez Richard bakery and Chalet 4810, a 7-minute walk (550 m) away, will delight you with their freshly baked breads and pastries.
