ABOUT THE HOUSE After a day at the beach, cool off in the living room. Kick back on the plush sofa (which converts to a queen sleeper sofa) or on the love seat. Later, watch a movie on the 70” flat-screen TV. The gourmet kitchen features a gas range and a large island with two barstools. Cook a tasty meal, and then gather at the dining table for eight. Six more can pull stools up to the counter, or head out to the balcony, where you’ll find seating for five. In the evenings, relax on the two Adirondack chairs on the front balcony. Later, gather on the second balcony with seating for five -- fire up the grill for a seafood feast, and enjoy a meal paired with views of the beautifully landscaped resort. When it’s time for bed, guests staying in the first-floor master bedroom will have a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. A second bedroom has a twin-over-king bunk, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk. Both have en-suite bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. And every bedroom has a 48” flat-screen TV. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests.
