This bright and airy condo in the Sundestin Beach Resort is the perfect place for your next vacation. Guests will enjoy resort amenities like a shared pool, hot tub, gym, and game room. The condo boasts a large open concept eat-in kitchen and living area, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy out on the balcony. Enjoy immaculate water views from the living room. Head out to the balcony for a closer look and smell the salt air. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee, a meal, or drinks in the evening. The comfortable living space will welcome you after a fun day at the pool, beach, or exploring the town. Additional highlights include a washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and cable TV. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Ongoing construction and amenity closures are to be expected. Construction is predicted to be completed Spring 2026. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 11.
