Experienced winter athletes can ski right from the house to the base of Winter Park Resort (three-quarters of a mile south). Come summer, you’ll be just a few blocks from the Fraser River Trail for great hiking and biking and three-quarters of a mile from the Trestle Bike Park. The west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is only 35 miles north as well. No matter the season, you’ll delight in having a private, covered patio space just outside. Sip cold drinks on summer evenings as the sun begins to set, or slip into the hot tub with the winter snow piled high around you. The interior is exceptionally well-lit, with large picture windows framing beautiful views of the mountains and evergreens. Shed your outdoor gear in the entry hall and enjoy an open living space that brings together a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a family room with a cozy sectional and a smart TV.
