Sitting in a quiet neighborhood toward the south of San Ignacio, this house has a gated courtyard for privacy and plenty of restaurants close by. Day trips to impressive Mayan ruins, jungle treks, and more are easy from this convenient location. Please note this listing is only for the upper level of this house. If you’re traveling with more people, please contact Property Manager for more information about renting out the entire house, which includes a one-bedroom suite on the ground floor.
The house features authentic wooden furniture and modern amenities to ensure you’re always comfortable. A variety of furniture in the living room is great for sitting on while relaxing, browsing WiFi, and watching the flat-screen cable TV. Cooking is easy in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes stainless steel appliances, plus a mixer and coffeemaker, in addition to all the essentials. Four will fit around the kitchen table, while a couple may enjoy drinks at the table on the balcony.
Look out on the beautiful countryside from the wrap-around balcony, then head down to the garden and relax. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, up to four travelers will sleep comfortably here. In the tranquil, tropical-themed bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed and a full private bathroom. A queen bed is also offered in the other bedroom, with access to a shared full bathroom.
