Access to the property is through a secure electric gate, and a private parking space awaits you just outside the house for added convenience.
Inside, the ground floor opens to a bright and inviting living area, including a warm lounge with a beautiful fireplace – perfect for cooler evenings – and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and quality tableware. Everything you need to cook and feel at home. A dining nook allows you to enjoy meals in a convivial atmosphere.
