Come and discover this beautiful, bright house in the heart of a pine forest of 7000 m2. La Florentine is a beautifully decorated and refined house consisting of a spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen at the heart of the space that opens onto the outside.
Continuing on, you’ll find three bedrooms, including two doubles and one that can be adapted to suit your needs. Ideally designed for 6 people.
Two tastefully finished bathrooms are at your disposal, one equipped with a bathtub, as well as two toilets. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living space and fans in the sleeping area.
Outside, you’ll find several relaxation areas. Two terraces will allow you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends in the shade of its beautiful arbor, listening to the birds and cicadas of our beautiful Provence. On the second level, the pool will welcome you for a refreshing swim and relaxation. Its view of the pine forest will allow you to completely disconnect. An outdoor BBQ area is also available for cooking delicious meals.
The property is equipped with an EV charging station (type 2 connector + socket connected to the meter at 18kw/h).
The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.
