The house consists of an entrance opening onto two distinct spaces: on one side the fully equipped and functional kitchen on the other a small living room and in the continuity you will find a second living / dining room space with neat decoration and nicely sized.
Upstairs 4 double bedrooms make up the space, two of which are equipped with air conditioning.
In order to allow total autonomy you will have at your disposal a shower room as well as a bathroom.
The exterior, a veritable green setting, will allow you to completely disconnect, whether at the edge of its spacious swimming pool or around an aperitif with friends or family...
The small vegetable garden will delight young and old.
