Ascend to the second floor to discover a comfortable living room awaits, complete with a cozy TV corner, along with a delightful pool table for creating cherished memories. A lift is available for person with reduced mobility. The well-equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures, with an outdoor dining area overlooking the sea. Nestled on the third floor, the master suite boasts a magnificent sea view from its cozy canopy bed. Traverse the closet to access the bathroom, where a refreshing shower or a relaxing bath awaits. Descend to the sala level and follow the staircase to the outdoor yoga sala, where morning sessions are enhanced by billowing white curtains in the gentle breeze. Continue to the massage room for ultimate relaxation (therapist services must be booked in advance). Stay active and invigorated during your stay at The Balcony with access to a well-equipped gym just steps away from the pool area. Island Stay Considerations: Please be advised that Koh Samui, being an island destination, may experience occasional power outages during stay. 4. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa. 5.
