Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- By booking this stay, you agree to sign a short-term rental agreement and provide a valid form of government-issued ID prior to check-in.
- ╰┈➤ A limited amount of consumables (toilet paper, toiletries, coffee pods, etc.) are provided for short stays. You will need to purchase additional supplies if you run out during your stay.
- ╰┈➤ You also agree to all house rules listed below. Violations may result in additional charges, cancellation, or immediate termination of your booking.
- 1. You must respect the property and treat it with care. Any damage, negligence, or misuse may result in additional charges.
- 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $400 fine will apply if any signs of smoking are detected indoors.
- 3. Parties, events, or loud music are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations will result in penalties, and in some cases, immediate removal from the property without a refund.
- 4. Pets are not allowed at the property unless explicitly approved in writing. If a pet is brought in without approval, additional cleaning fees and penalties will apply.
- 5. Please help us keep the space clean for the next guest. While professional cleaning is provided after each stay, excessive mess or failure to maintain reasonable cleanliness may result in additional cleaning charges.
- 6. Lost keys will incur a $250 replacement fee to cover locksmith services and lock replacement if necessary.
- 7. Early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance and approved by the host. Additional charges may apply depending on availability.
- 8. If you miss your scheduled check-in time and require additional arrangements, a fee will apply for the extra coordination and support required.
- 9. Any damaged or broken items during your stay will be assessed and charged accordingly based on the cost of repair or replacement.
- 10. Mail and package deliveries are not permitted at the property. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or undelivered mail sent during your stay.
