Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- We are thrilled to have you as our esteemed guest. To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable stay for all, we kindly request that you adhere to the following house rules:
- 1. Respect the property. Any damage caused to the property or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest.
- 2. No smoking indoors - a fine of $200 is applicable plus the cost to clean, deodorise, and repair damages.
- 3. Ensure minimal noise within the property and common areas from 11pm to 7am.
- 4. Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified for the accommodation. Overcrowding is not permitted.
- 5. No parties or events.
- 6. Please help us maintain cleanliness by tidying up after yourself and using the provided trash bins.
- 7. LOST KEYS RESULT IN $200 FINE
- 8. If you miss check-in time, we may be able to arrange a delivery for a call out fee of $50-150. Same with lost keys.
