Any excess will be charged at the end of your stay. All guests will be charged a security deposit of US$400.00. This deposit can be paid in cash or through a credit card hold. This deposit is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REIMBURSED 3 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT if all bills are paid and the apartment does not have any damages.
