- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras located on the outside of the house facing the entrance. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- This 2-story home requires 6 steps to enter; it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor. The remaining bedroom is downstairs in the walk-out basement and can be accessed either by the interior staircase or through its own private entrance
- A baby gate is provided at the top of the stairs leading to the walk-out basement
- The outdoor fenced area is a temporary barrier and will not fully contain dogs. It is intended only for short, supervised bathroom breaks while guests are present. For exercise, there is a dog park down the hill. Please do not leave pets outside unattended due to local wildlife, including bears and foxes
- Shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball, golf, and on-site fishing all require fees that must be arranged through the clubs or the POA office (closed on weekends, so please plan ahead). Fishing also requires a POA LLH pass and a valid NC Inland Fishing license
