"The Seahorse Garden" is a stunning and secluded 4 bedroom home nestled on a cul-de-sac off of West Gulf Drive offering quick, walkable access to the nearby deeded beach path. The house sits on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood and the home itself features bright natural light, modern updates and furnishings with a desirable split floor plan layout. The main living area offers an updated kitchen, comfortable living and dining room areas as well as 2 separate guest bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. The top floor of the home allows access to the master suite quarters with an newly updated en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and private deck off the master bedroom and a the 4th bedroom is shared on this floor as well. New chair lifts have been installed externally from the pool area up the back staircase and internally from the main living floor to the top (3rd) floor for easier access as needed. This beautiful home also comes equipped with a heated pool (with chiller option for warm summer months), a large fenced in yard, and tasteful lawn and landscape designs. Easy access to the nearby bike paths makes riding the island-wide trails accessible and convenient. Home amenities include: 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 8), WIFI available, Smart TV’s (streaming only), heated pool with chiller option in summer, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, garage driveway (2 spaces). Pets Considered (Dogs only, 2 MAX). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
