"Sea Glass Serenity" is truly a coastal getaway! Wake up refreshed in this beautiful, custom-built home with amazing views of the private pool and luxurious landscaping. This home boasts 3 bedrooms + den and 3 bathrooms with a large open floor plan and plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy! The outdoor space offers a large pool and private spa and enclosed lanai. Nestled in the highly sought after Dunes golf course community with easy on/off access to the Sanibel causeway, close to shops & dining, and a quick drive to the beach. Relax at home or take a short bike ride into the heart of Sanibel and explore all of the amazing places the Island has to offer.
The Dunes is a public 18-hole golf and tennis club with a pool, restaurant, golf pro shop, and tennis pro shop. All renters are able to purchase the use of The Dunes Pool & Tennis membership & clubhouse for an ADDITIONAL FEE paid to the Dunes directly. Golf is NOT included and will require an additional fee to play. The clubhouse is a common meeting point for tennis players, golfers, locals, and visitors. The clubhouse offers full-service dining with spectacular views of the golf course and wildlife preserve.
This home has a highly sought-after location that will allow for many options for beach/water access. The deeded beach access is located at the end of Lindgren Blvd on East Gulf Drive just west of the Sanibel Inn -- only a 16-minute walk or a quick 5-minute bike ride away. There is limited parking available there to access by car. In addition to the deeded access you can also quickly walk, ride, or drive to the Bay entrance at the end of Bailey’s Road great for fishing or kayaking, the Sanibel Causeway Island B (closest to Sanibel) for stellar sunsets, and the Lighthouse Beach (at the most Eastern point of the island) for a bit of history, use of the new fishing pier, and fun dolphin watching.
Home amenities include 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 2 King & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 6). Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, private heated pool, spacious outdoor patio, deeded beach access, washer & dryer, BBQ gas grill. No Dogs Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
