This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome offers luxurious features, including a private heated pool, elevator, and breathtaking Gulf views from the 3rd-floor kitchen, living area, and covered deck—perfect for enjoying sunrises or sunsets. We do love pets - but our no pet policy helps keep our vacation home clean, allergen free, and protected, all to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for you guests. The top-floor kitchen is a cook’s dream, featuring a 5-burner stove, Ninja blender, Keurig, air fryer, waffle maker, carousel rotisserie, and seating for 12+. The kitchen also boasts a commercial-grade ice machine, perfect for keeping drinks cold and entertaining in style. With a wide array of cooking appliances, including a crockpot, a toaster oven, and a 20-cup coffee maker, this kitchen has everything you need for memorable meals and gatherings. The living area on the 3rd floor offers a 75" LG TV, Bluetooth audio system, and a custom-painted surfboard by the late John Olvey. Relax on the plush seating while soaking in the Gulf views through five oversized windows. The 3rd-floor covered deck features comfortable seating and multiple pub tables with chairs, creating the perfect spot to enjoy meals and drinks, or simply relax while taking in the Gulf breeze. The 1st floor includes a double bed with a double trundle, perfect for movie nights or gaming, and a bathroom with pool access.
