Escape to Dreamsicle, a three-story home in the Gulfside neighborhood of Royal Sands, adorned with patios and balconies to take in the ocean air, sits just steps from the shared neighborhood swimming pool area and a quick stroll to the boardwalk to access the beach. An elevator serves all floors. **Please let the management company know ahead of time if it needs to be activated for your stay.**
The ground floor holds a laundry room with a sink, counter space for folding, a full-size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and luggage rack for your use during your stay. A half bath is situated in the hall for quick use for those sitting outside on the patio. The guest suite (BR1) is implemented with 2 Queen beds, a nightstand, dresser, armchair, closet and TV. The private bathroom is made up of a vanity and tiled shower with a glass door. This room also has access to the back patio. The next guest room (BR2) is supplied with a Queen bed, armchair, nightstands, wall-mounted TV, a sink/bar area with a mini-fridge and access to the back patio. Sit back and relax on the patio in the ocean breeze after a day at the beach, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower or cook up the day’s catch on the charcoal grill.
Make your way up the second level, the heart of the home where two living rooms invite a large group to enjoy the furnishings of this home away from home as they entertain or get ready for a night out. Lush upholstery fills the space with warmth and the promise of a calming stay as you view movies on the large flat screen tv. Prepare meals in the kitchen which is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, smooth surface cooktop, drip coffee maker, pantry, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. The dining area accommodates eight at the table with an additional six stools at the breakfast bar. If you wish to move things outside, spend time on the private deck that spans three sides of the home and kick your feet up as you take in a cold beverage. There is a half bath located in the hallway to serve this floor. The second-floor guest bedroom (BR3) is off the main living floor, composed of four Twin beds, a closet, wall-mounted TV, desk and a Golden Tee arcade game. The private bathroom contains a vanity and a tiled shower with a glass door.
Venture up to the third floor to the two remaining master bedrooms. (BR4) is made up of a King bed, nightstands, wall-mounted TV, dresser, sitting area and a private balcony. The spacious ensuite bathroom is complete with a closet, soaking tub, double vanities and a tile shower with a glass door. The next master bedroom (BR5) is comprised of a King bed, wall-mounted TV, closet and nightstand. The private bathroom consists of a spacious counter, sink and tile shower with a frosted glass door.
