This spacious and bright 1 bedroom apartment is set within a modern development in Liverpool city centre. In an enviable location, close to all of Liverpool’s attractions, this lovely apartment boasts a fully fitted kitchen and open plan living space, comfortable double bedroom, modern bathroom, WiFi throughout and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.
The Space:
A contemporary apartment that has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and modern appliances. The open plan living space is made up of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, and smart Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed made up with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage for clothes and belongings. The modern bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There are paid laundry facilities in the common space.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the City Centre, you are within walking distance of most major attractions and landmarks, as well as a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are a number of small supermarkets just around the corner from the building. Points of interest within walking distance include; Matthew Street - home to the City’s famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs, Liverpool One Shopping centre, the Liver Building, the Beatles Statue and the Royal Albert Dock - Home to a host of Galleries and Museums, including the Beatles Museum, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants overlooking the docks.
Getting Around:
As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes servicing the road around the corner from the building. Liverpool Central Train Station is just 5 minutes walk away.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
