Located on the 13th floor, it also boasts a private balcony with breathtaking views of the London skyline.
The Space:
Perched on the 13th floor, this apartment offers spectacular views of the London skyline from every room. It features two double bedrooms, each with generous storage and beds dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen. The bright and airy open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for home cooking—oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, and utensils. A dining table, a spacious L-shaped sofa, and a TV make the space perfect for relaxing. Step out onto the private balcony to take in the panoramic city views. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment. The family bathroom includes both a bath and shower, along with complimentary toiletries and fresh towels for your convenience.

Interaction with Guests:
We will meeet you upon arrival to run you through the basics of the apartment and local amenities and attractions (please confirm your arrival time as soon as possible). We will be available on OTA or by email and encourage guests to get in touch if they require anything whatsoever or have any queries.
The Neighborhood:
For foodies there are plenty of markets within a short walk and great restaurants in the nearby wapping and the city (both within 10 minutes walk).
We neighbour fashionable East London areas such as Dalston and Shoreditch.
In addition the City centre (Oxford Circus) is no more than 15 minutes by tube.
Getting Around:
The apartment is a one minute walk from both the Shadwell DLR and Overground stations and busses are a 3 minute walk away on Commercial Road. London City airport is 15 minutes by DLR and Gatwick and Stansted airports are an hour away.
Other Things to Note:
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in.
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees.
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
- If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.
