This elegant escape is quietly arranged on the first floor (with a lift) of a three-story building and has been stylishly furnished with well-chosen artworks and vintage furnishings.
The property features a spacious open-plan living space with French doors that open onto the private terrace. This room incorporates a modern kitchen and is furnished with a large L-shaped double sofa bed, a flatscreen TV and a dining table. The kitchen opens onto a Juliet balcony and is fully equipped with a Moka coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer

The property is located in the picturesque town of Riva del Garda on the northern tip of Lake Garda. The town’s local beach is a 15-minute walk and the historic centre, with its quaint boutiques and artisanal shops, is a 5-minute stroll away. Here, travellers can also visit historic landmarks, including the Apponale Tower and the medieval Rocca di Riva castle (a 10-minute walk). Adventurers can take the 2-hour Monte Brione trail through the olive groves, explore lakeside cycle routes or enjoy paddle boarding opportunities, swimming, and boating on the lake.
Away from the water, the Nago-Torbole hiking trail and the Bussate-Tempesta Adventure Park are both approximately an 8-minute drive from the accommodation. For rock climbers, the renowned climbing capital of Italy, Arco and its medieval castle are a 15-minute drive. Further afield, guests can take a trip to Verona, the setting of Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet (a 1 hour 30-minute drive) or visit Trento (a 45-minute drive), the home of Trentodoc, one of the best sparkling wines in Italy.
