The furnished shaded terrace(s) with a comfortable lounge set and dining set provide an ideal space for outdoor relaxation and dining. You’ll find a built-in gas and charcoal BBQ, allowing you to indulge in delicious grilled meals while enjoying the outdoors. Merlot Villas Aruba is a small, exclusive gated villa community located just behind the Marriott Hotel. It’s a short walk of 750 yards or 1 mile (10-15 minutes) to Palm Beach, renowned as one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. In close proximity, you’ll find golf courses, shopping malls, cinemas, bars, and restaurants. There’s also a medium-sized grocery store conveniently located right around the corner. Inside the villa, you’ll discover 6 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and a comfortable king-size bed. Additionally, there’s an extra tower room featuring two single beds. Please note that you have to share one of the other bathrooms. In total, the villa accommodates up to 14 guests across its 7 bedrooms. Two of the second-floor bedrooms offer access to a shaded roof terrace, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunset views. This pricing structure allows us to offer competitive rates for smaller groups as well. To ensure a comfortable and eco-friendly stay, there is an electricity and water allowance of $50 USD per day. We kindly request that you use the utilities consciously, such as turning off the AC when not in use or when you’re away. We will monitor the usage and provide warnings if the consumption exceeds the allowance.
