This prime seafront property is located on a picturesque coastline in the exclusive urbanisation of Roca Llisa.
The property boasts a 180 degree south facing sea view from all living areas and bedrooms. Surrounded by 3000m2 of landscaped Mediterranean gardens very close to the sea, this property was designed by local architect Jaime Serra, supported by Dutch interior designer Jurjen Van Hulzen.
Outside features vast terrace areas with ample lounge decking area and sitting areas, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, Al Fresco dining, an outdoor garden laser cinema, a 24 metre infinity pool, as well as the Mediterranean garden offering fruit trees and a chef’s herb garden.
From the terrace at Ibiza Villa 1059, the wide sliding glass doors open the area to the bright spacious living areas. The large open-plan living area includes a stylish dining space - seating twelve, and a cosy lounge area with TV and fireplace, furnished with sumptuous seating in warm, neutral tones.
The large well-equipped kitchen comes with Gaggeneau appliances, including an induction hob, conventional oven, steam oven, large fridge, freezer, 2 dishwashers and a wine cellar.
Each bedroom is decorated in soft neutral tones with stylish furnishings and crisp, white linens. They all have en-suite bathrooms, dressing areas and terraces with sea views.The villa also boasts a new gym and infrared sauna.
