- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.
- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.
- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.
- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.
- No RV or Trailer parking.
- The Fireplace is only operational from October 1 - April 1.
-This property is part of the Chalet Village Community and has access to their community pools. Passes are in the property.
- Pools are officially open Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.
- Pool Hours are 9 am to 9 pm daily for all pools that are scheduled to be open.
- South Baden Pool and Facilities are closed on Tuesdays. It is located at 1319 South Baden Drive. The South Baden Clubhouse is wheelchair accessible.
- North Pool hours are 9:00am – 9:00pm. It is closed on Wednesdays. It is located on the corner of Wiley Oakley and Village Loop. You may check this for the exact location, 705 Village Loop Road.
- Alpine Pool is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Tennis and basketball court are available all year round. The guest doesn’t need a pass to enter. It’s the North clubhouse that has open tennis courts. They need to enter from Chalet Village Boulevard to gain access.
